After exiting the annealing lehr and undergoing the cold coating process, the glass containers are conveyed via a conveyor belt to fully automated quality inspection machines. These machines are equipped with advanced imaging cameras that scan various parts of the bottles and jars. Utilizing high-sensitivity image processing software and diagnostic algorithms, the system detects any potential defects and automatically separates defective items, directing them to the waste conveyor line.

Once the bottles or jars have passed inspection and are approved, they are transferred via conveyor to fully automated packaging machines (Palletizers). The entire process—from post-annealing transfer, quality inspection, packaging, to shrink-wrapping—is carried out fully automatically, without any manual intervention. Human operators are present solely to monitor machine performance and manage the configuration of software and hardware systems.
